Crossgate Church (CC) is prayerfully seeking an Associate Pastor and are excited about appointing someone who will have a God given passion and a clear calling to fulfil this role. The successful applicant will be a part of the leadership team of His church, as we continue to grow and move into a new phase of church life. The new Associate Pastor will work alongside the Lead Pastor and will have proven experience, and leadership skills to build on our strong 28+ year foundations and will support the growth of the church to pursue God’s plans and purposes into the future. 

 

We are a vibrant and multi-cultural church located in the city of Preston, Lancashire. We are an independent evangelical church with a pre-Covid congregation of 500+ attendees of all ages.

The church is a growing church with a Sunday morning in person congregation rising back up to around 350 people with others connecting online. The church building is perfectly positioned for growth of the church, in all aspects including reach to the local community, kids church and youth, all of which the successful applicant would be heavily involved in.
